Diverseas x Crafting Coral

Working with Brigitta, the founder of Diverseas, we have transformed our coral nursery in Sanur, into a virtual reality experience, accessible from workshops all over the world.
Gili Asahan, Lombok

The Pearl Beach Resort hosted the Coral Connect conference in January 2024, inviting Indonesian organisations to share their work. It was a pelasure to invite all participants to take part ion Craftin COral as we discussed the future of our oceans. 
Cap Karoso, Sumba

In April 2024, we hosted events during Easter for both adults and children who were guests at Cap Karoso. Discussing and taking aciton in how to prevent the degregation of corals. 
Lillian Bayliss School, London

School children aged 13-14 took part in the Crafting Coral workshop from their central London school. Each creating their own unique coral propagation device, whils learnign about ceramics as a craft. 
Patina, Maldives

Our very first ceramic propagation device was made and planted at Patina. This is where the programme first took shape and has since expanded to four locations. 
Indonesia Biru Foundation x Crafting Coral

The collaboration with IBF began in 2022, where we supported their mission to restore reefs in Indonesia by donating the ceramic propagation devices made by our workshop partipants. The ceramics continue to be a vital part of education programmes, using their on land coral tanks to engage the community. 


Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts

We were delighted to host the students of NAFA at Kevala Ceramics where each student engaged with the Crafting Coral programme by designing their own ceramic coral propagation device.
